Two companies with a common history, philosophy and mission are becoming one company.

Genetic Immunity and ViroStatics, both spin-offs of the non-profit Research Institute for Genetic and Human Therapy (RIGHT), are developing novel immunotherapies for HIV/AIDS and other chronic diseases.

The two companies are in the process of combining to form Immunacia - a multinational biopharmaceutical company with Business, Medical and Legal operations in the USA and Research facilities in Hungary and Italy.

Individually, the Companies have pioneered the areas of synthetic plasmid DNA-containing nanomedicine vaccines and oral AntiViral-HyperActivation Limiting Therapeutics (AV-HALTs) for chronic diseases including HIV/AIDS and cancer. Together as Immunacia, they are dedicated to accelerating the development of these and additional novel immunotherapies that partner with the immune system to improve human health.
